Class 150 0f API: 600, BS: 1414, ASME: 16.34
MATERIAL :
Carbon Steel to ASTMA 216 Gr WCB. Other grades of materials can be provided on request.
TRIM :
Stainless Steel (Type 410, 304 or 316) as required. 13% Cr. trim, valves shall have hardness differential of 50 BHN at seating portions subject to a minimum harness of 250 BHN. The seat faces can also be deposited with Co-Cr-A alloy (Stellite-6 or eqv.) in which case minimum 350 BHN hardness is maintained.

END DETAILS :
>>> FLANGED : as per relevant class of ASME 16.5
>>> BUTT WELDED : as per ANSI 16.25 as per relevant class of ASME 16.34

PRESSURE TEMP. RATING :
Pressure Temperature ratings shall be as per relevant class of ASME 16.34, CL-150
